Likable stock products from both local Australian and International manufacturers and orders are delivered by a number of leading courier providers who provide an efficient delivery service. Under normal circumstances the estimated delivery time frames are as follows: Please note delivery time only starts after payments have been cleared (usually 1-2 working days).
Unfortunately COVID-19 is causing some delivery delays but we are working closely with our providers to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and keep safe.
Australian based products:
Deliveries to Victoria 4 - 6 working days
Deliveries to NSW, SA, ACT 5 - 9 working days
Deliveries to QLD, NT, WA and TAS 8 - 12 working days

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times. However, we will provide tracking information in your shipping confirmation. You can track the delivery status directly with the shipping provider.
Shipping outside Australia is not currently available. In rare instances, there may be certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically and notified through email.
RETURN & CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Likable offers a 7 day Change of Mind (COM) policy, counted after the item is delivered. For COM, the product must be in its original packaging. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including pictures or videos of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return the product, if eligible. If we require the product to be returned to us, we will provide further detail (please do not return the product until notified). If your return is accepted, Likable will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage, return postage (if applicable) and a restocking fee of 20%.
Likable generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless otherwise stated. To make a warranty claim, please send an email to email@example.com. To prevent unnecessary claim delays, please include the following details in your email:
Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
Images/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable)
Note, all images and videos must be attached to emails at an appropriate size. We will not be able to make a clear assessment from image thumbnails.
Please do NOT dispose of item(s) until directed by us because we may ask for the return of the item(s) for further inspection.
